Return window and condition

You may request a return of an unopened, unused bottle within 14 calendar days of delivery, where alcohol returns are legally permitted. Original seals, labels and packaging must be intact. We do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened bottles. This does not limit your rights for defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect products.

How to request a return

Email info@tustinwineandspirits.com or call +1 714-838-4001. Include your order number, the item and the reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and an authorized return address. Do not mail alcohol independently or return it without authorization.

Return shipping and fees

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays actual authorized return shipping. We disclose the cost before you proceed. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. We charge no restocking fee. If we sent the wrong item or the product arrives damaged or defective, we cover the necessary authorized return cost, if a return is required.

Damage, defects and wrong items

Please report delivery damage or an incorrect item within 7 calendar days where possible, with photos of the item and packaging. Reporting later does not remove rights provided by law. Do not consume a damaged or questionable product. We will investigate and offer a replacement, when available, or a refund for an eligible claim.

Refund timing and method

After receiving and inspecting an authorized return, or approving a claim where no return is required, we initiate eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. We will notify you when the refund is processed.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us immediately to cancel before dispatch. If we can stop fulfillment, we will cancel and refund the order. Dispatched orders follow this returns policy. We do not offer direct change-of-mind exchanges; request an eligible return and place a new order.
