Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at +1 714-838-4001 with your order number and details. We may request photos of the shipping box, label and product so we can review the issue.

Buyer’s remorse and change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns of alcoholic beverages are not guaranteed and may be restricted by applicable law. Contact the store before sending anything back. Do not return alcohol without authorization.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may affect when the credit appears.

Order cancellations

Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been opened, consumed, altered or damaged after delivery generally cannot be returned, except where required by law.
