Shipping Policy

Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery dates are presented during checkout when shipping is available for the selected products and destination. Alcohol shipping is subject to federal, state and local laws, carrier restrictions and age-verification requirements.

Eligibility and destinations

We only fulfill alcohol orders to destinations where the sale and shipment are permitted. Some products or destinations may not be eligible. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot legally be fulfilled.

Age verification and delivery

Alcohol orders are for customers age 21 or older. An adult age 21+ with valid government-issued identification may be required to sign for delivery. Packages containing alcohol should not be left unattended where an adult signature is required.

Order handling

Orders are prepared after payment and availability are confirmed. The checkout page provides the current shipping options and charges applicable to the order. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address corrections and legal restrictions may affect delivery timing.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional carrier fees caused by an incorrect address or missed adult-signature delivery may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted.
